2. Prepare Your Package

Place the item securely in packaging. Ensure it is unused and in its original condition. Follow the instructions provided by our support team.

3. Ship Your Package

Send the package to the return address provided by our customer support team using a reliable shipping provider with tracking.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within up to 10 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
